! - HTML body tags inserted above head of HTML page

Whilst editing a JSPWiki page, *sometimes* the resultant page is very badly formatted i.e the left hand side menu appears below some page content. \\
Upon inspection of the page source, it is evidents that in all such cases, the new text has been added __ABOVE__ the HTML header information e.g.
{{{
<P>
new text
<P>
new text

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
        "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">

<HTML>
<HEAD>
}}}

I cannot deliberately replicate the problem - sometimes I think it is related to cutting/pasting slabs of text other times I think it may be when we've added "too much" text.

Any ideas at all? This is an extremely annoying/prohibitive bug in what is otherwise a very useful Intranet tool for my company.

----

I have been testing an validating html from JSPWiki 2.2.28 for a while now and not encountered this. I believe this bug is probably fixed.

Agree.  Closing it.
