|Title|Different Wikis on Same Tomcat Incorrectly Use Same Lucene Search

I set up two wikis (A and B, for convenience) as separate web apps on a Tomcat 5.5.9 instance. The wikipages are stored and referenced correctly at two different dir locations, but the UnusedPages and UndefinedPages keep referencing the wikipages in wiki A, and since wiki B does not have the same wikipages as wiki A, all of the pages from wiki B's UnusedPages results are actually not defined, and the same is obviously true for wiki B's UndefinedPages.

Need to somehow prevent wiki A and wiki B from "sharing" the same wikipage data.

Each wiki must have a different work directory and a different application name. Otherwise they will be confused.
