This is not a bug, the inline images property in your config file lists 'jpg' but not 'JPG'. It's case sensitive. Just add the capital cases and all will be well. (Or submit a patch to make them case insensitive.

Hum. I guess case insensitivity is the less headache way, but it will make things somewhat inconsistent then across plugins. Anyone want to pick this up? --JanneJalkanen
