When a page is longer being edited it should no longer be displayed in then page lock overview.
111111111111111111111111111111 This probably is a result of not pushing the Save or Cancel button after an Edit session.
If you don't hit one of those two buttons, the lock on the page will remain for the time set in the jspwiki.policy by the jspwiki.lockExpiryTime property (default 60 minutes I think).
In such a situation the lock can only be removed by editing the page again (by the same user that has the lock), and press cancel. (or recycle your server, but that's a little rigorous)

I agree, very probably this is due to not pressing Cancel. Unfortunately, there's no way to know if the user has stopped browsing, closed his browser, or pressed "back".
Propose we close this bug, unless more information comes from the submitter.

Tried to reproduce it at home.
It didn't occur again so it can be closed.
But I will keep an eye on it at Work where we run our Wiki on a server.
