If you have a page which is named with a numeric prefix like 4500PAR and try to use the insert page plugin, it will (try to) insert a page with just the numeric part of the name.

E.g.: [{INSERT InsertPage WHERE page=4500PAR}]

yields: There is no page called '4500'. Would you like to create it?


Pages that start with numbers are considered to be footnotes. You need to use a letter as the first character...
