If you have a page which is named with a numeric prefix like [4500PAR] and try to use the insert page plugin, it will (try to) insert a page with just the numeric part of the name.

E.g.: {{{[{INSERT InsertPage WHERE page=4500PAR}]}}}

yields:
[{INSERT InsertPage WHERE page=4500PAR}]

Pages that start with numbers are considered to be footnotes.  You need to use a letter as the first character...
