I added page that contains non ascii character. Search Wiki can't search that page.
Does turning lucene off help? (i.e. set jspwiki.useLucene = false in the jspwiki.properties file.

Turning off lucene should help; but Lucene is doing something odd, yes. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.
Add new attachment
Only authorized users are allowed to upload new attachments.
