When using the "MultipleWikis" recipe (Way 2 on the page MultipleWikis), the UnusedPages plugin doesn't operate properly.
On Wikis other than the "main" wiki, it returns a list of pages from the Main wiki rather than the "other" wiki.
This is in contrast to PageIndex, RecentChanges plugins, that seem to work ok.
Does UndefinedPagesPlugin work the same way?

Are you sure you have set the jspwiki.workDir to two different values for the two wiki's ?
