There is a number of available open source libraries that support XForms http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/

JSPWiki could take advantage of them. This could also be done in a plugin as the current Web Form Plugins, but I think form support is such a basic concept that it should be done in the core distribution.

Only authorized users are allowed to upload new attachments.
