Click Edit page... to see how the applet is included. Note that the width, height and archive attributes are doubled as applet-width, applet-height, applet-archive which is necessary for the applet to generate Wiki markup including itself in the page when Save is chosen. You'll need to have the contributed AppletPlugin installed on the server.

Is this really a mind map, like the one implemented by the FreeMindPlugin? It looks more like a tag cloud....
Can you add a little documentation on installation steps and usage?
Another suggestion is to add your example in a fixed source block (using {{{ }}}) instead of a failed plugin call.
