Software Engineer: GUI/Visual Design Team Lead at IBM (Public Company; 10,001 or more employees; IBM; Computer Software industry)

I currently manage the workload/scheduling for a team of designers and plan strategy/scheduling for all visual design components from packaging to GUI for a portfolio of entitled enterprise-level software offerings as well as maintain adherence to all corporate guidelines. Run user test sessions on prototypes from my team and aggregate the data to roll up visual and functional recommendations and requirements to Development and strategy teams.

I project manage the complete visual signature (print/online) for a suite of 9 enterprise-level database software applications from documentation through GUI to packaging and release.

Could we also have a black-and-white one for printing, and also get large-sized logos for things like JSPWiki apparel? Pretty please?

Also, I assume these logos will be released under the GPL or a CreativeCommons license?

thanks! np on the b/w and high rez images. have you ever used cafepress.com for apparel? i will cut these all this weekend, have been sick for a week and swamped with my 9-5. i freely give these to the community, just let me know what i would need to do to formalize that. cheers, -Tina
